    • Frequency: Start by using it 2 to 3 nights a week, then gradually increase to nightly use as your skin builds tolerance. 
    • Sun protection: Always apply broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning, as retinol increases sun sensitivity. 
    • Note: Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Perform a patch test before first use.
